CONSTRUCTION:
This Kádár-type (cube house) was built in the 1970s from large B38 bricks, and one of our villages grocery stores is a few minutes walk from it, and the Abád Port is only 600m away.
The property has been renovated in several rounds. First, after the big hailstorm of 2011, during which the structure of the roof was renewed and it received a new roof sheet.
In 2012, it underwent internal maintenance, and this year the electricity and plumbing were modernized. Subsequently, in 2015, the electricity network was expanded to 3 phases.
