This family house, built in the frequented location of Abádszalók, is a good investment and is located on a well-maintained lot.

The family house, built in 1970 from 50 cm adobe, underwent renovation and expansion in recent years.
In the first round, in 1980, two bedrooms were added, which were built with 38 cm thick brickwork on a deep concrete base that also includes the basement. Then in 2020, a partial renovation took place.
The main building has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 pantry, 1 washroom and a hallway.
The bedroom and living room are equipped with laminate flooring, while the other rooms are equipped with cold flooring.
Heating can be done with wood or gas. Both boilers are located in a huge basement under the house, which is also suitable for storing firewood, so there is no need to use the circulation pump, the hot water supply is provided by an electric boiler.
There are many outbuildings in the yard: storage rooms, a garage, which were also built with adobe masonry.
The attic can be incorporated. The size of the plot belonging to the property is 4866m2, approx. a third of it currently requires maintenance (crops and lawn), because the rest is covered by a 30-40-year-old poplar/acacia/walnut forest, providing cool shade in the summer and the necessary firewood in the winter. The noise of the city barely reaches the wooded area, which has many possibilities.
